It is neither libel nor paronomatic extravagance to characterize a breed by its own, stated and practiced customs. It is permissible and useful to describe the Queen as a Whelpmother and to examine her progeny as a litter of whelps to be viewed with an eye to culling the kennel. The kennel master is confronted with evidence which must oblige him to shake his head slowly and sadly; puffing on his pipe and exploring a bit of earth pensively with his left shoe. "The stock's gone bad."
This same overview is indispensable to understanding how the Anglican oligarchical conspiracy works. What appears to us as "conspiracy" among the Anglicans is viewed differently through the eyes of the conspirators themselves. In part, they see a "conspiracy" in the ordinary sense of that word; little groups of them meet and agree, with special representatives traveling from one such group to another, passing along the decision made, negotiating among various groups to reach a general decision. However, as to the rest of what we view as "conspiracy," they view this part of the matter as merely a kind of bred-in instinctive reaction-pattern among their caste's ranks. It is in the dog-breeding mating and culling practices of the Anglicans that the greater part of their conspiratorial activity is determined.
We, from our Neoplatonic standpoint, abstract from the patterns and processes which represent the means by which the oligarchs plot to subvert the United States, and generally run most of the world. We say "conspiracy," and we are entirely right from a scientific standpoint.
To refine this same strategic analysis of America's chief enemies, we must also take into account the way the Anglicans view the same set of facts. As far as the data themselves are concerned, the Anglicans acknowledge (privately) that the Labor Party [unreadable] -pretation of the "facts.
Inevitably so: we are human and they are a different, alien species. We must not depart from our own, human understanding of the conspiracy; but we must also see the same sequences of developments as' the Anglicans see them. It is the latter, added insight which enables us to predict the adversary's behavior just as the hunter must, so to speak, read the mind of the animal he is hunting down.
Our own, human analysis of the conspiracy shows us why and how we must fight these enemies of the human species. The complementary study of the mind of the inbred adversary species enables us to manipulate the behavior of the beast we must trap.
The Enemy's Organization
There are two levels to be considered in studying the principal behavioral features of the dog-bred, Anglican-centered oligarchical species as a whole. The overall collection ot titled ."blue bloods" and their attached "squirearchy" represents a biological collation we best term an oligarchical ruling caste, or, rightly, an oligarchical ruling class. Once the raw domain for study is so marked out, the next step in inquiry is that of determining the political structure the caste has developed. To this latter point, we concentrate on two crucial strata. These strata are what we shall term a "priesthood" and a ruling executive bureaucracy.
The "priesthood" is properly so defined. In selecting a name for any distinct social phenomenon, we must distinguish between that sort of name which is variously justifiable or even heuristically informative and a name which, properly defined, captures the essence of the matter. It is justifiable and useful to term the Oxford and Cambridge-centered inner circles of British intelligence plotting a "priesthood," if we mean the Egyptian and Babylonian priesthoods, the priesthood of the Delphic cult of Apollo, or of the Ptolemaic cult of Isis-Osiris-Horus. It is more than justifiable and useful. The relevant inner circles pivoted around Oxford and Cambridge not only see themselves as a modern continuation of the cited sort of ancient priesthoods, but they have devoted cumulative centuries of gathering, secreting and examining manuscripts to the end of ensuring that they themselves are an authentic replication of the ancient pagan priesthoods. Seen and accepted for communication in this way, the term "priesthood" captures the essence of the points to be considered in this specific connection.
The second stratum is made up of those "bred to rule," the prize beasts selected from among those whelps who survive the culling of adolescents. This latter assembly is dominated by members from the oligarch's own breed, but includes also coopted "initiates" and "sub -initiates" from the ranks of what the oligarchs consider as "mongrel" breeds. The rise of Henry A. Kissinger in the British intelligence service exemplifies the gradual promotion of a selected mongrel into the ranks of the "initiates." (From the standpoint of London, Kissinger's appointment to the Nixon Administration represented a successful "mongrel invasion" of Washington.)
We shall not consider all the important features of these two strata here, but only those aspects which bear directly on communicating the point principally under consideration in this strategic studies memorandum. Our focus is directed to outlining the degree to which the British oligarchs are conscious of their behavior as "conspiracy," and to distinguishing this consciousness from that sort of behavior among the "bred to rule" which the British themselves tend to regard merely as a consequence of inbred "instinctive" dispositions.
