The "Solidarity Civil Rights Movement" (Büso) a German party and part of the International LaRouche Movement (associated with Schiller Institute and the LaRouche Youth Movement) is considered by many an anti-Semitic and destructive sect. Among others, this is reflected in the threats against Petra Kelly, a politician of the Green Party in Germany, in the 1980s; in the recent death of Ken Kronberg in the USA and in the sudden death in 2003 of Jeremiah Duggan in Germany who died in unexplained circumstances following a 'cadre training session' of the LaRouche Youth Movement in Wiesbaden For the first time ever from Germany, France, UK and USA, Politicians, families, experts and former members will gather to publicly examine the dangers.

This event is supported by Prof. Gert Weisskirchen, personal representative of the OSZE-chairman to combat anti-Semitism and Member of the German Parliament, SPD; and Ursula Caberta, religious sect adviser of the city-state Hamburg.

From our correspondent in Berlin, Oct. 17 - The conference was a success and a historical event. Never before was organized a conference to expose LaRouche which gathered families of victims (United Kingdom, Germany and France), former members (United States, Germany and France), Parliamentarians (Germany and United Kingdom), lawyers and experts on LaRouche, antisemitism and cults (Germany, United States and United Kingdom). The audience was appalled and moved to hear what happened to Ken Kronberg and Jeremiah Duggan Most were shocked and ashamed, as Germans and Berliners, to discover the existence of an organization spreading hatred and antisemitism for decades in their own country. Interestingly, the Bueso (German political party of LaRouche) attacked this event the day before it took place! .
October 23: The Berliner Zeitung has just published this article about the conference (English translation here). One of its authors, Frank Nordhausen is an expert on cults and Scientology in particular.
